Time Management – Scheduling
We will be looking at four levels of scheduling: Long-term (semesterly), Medium-term (monthly), Short-term (weekly), and To-Do lists (daily). How does keeping a schedule help fight procrastination?
- It develops habits and routines, providing you with a sense of control over your time.
- It makes you more aware of the time that gets away, helping you to increase your efficiency in the future.
- It helps you break larger assignments into manageable chunks, making it easier to get the job done across time, rather than at the last minute.
- It safeguards your sanity, giving you more free time to pursue your personal interests (“feed your soul”).
