Goal-Setting – Evaluating Your Goals
Periodically take stock of your progress:
- Do I still want to pursue this goal?
- Is it worth the work I’ve committed to do to get there?
- Now that I’ve begun, does it appear that it is realistic and attainable?
- Are my short-term goals effectively helping me make progress, or do I need to re-structure them to get to my ultimate goal?
- Do I have enough resources to get through the rough spots?
- Is it time to find more/get some help?
