  • Compare your textbook notes with what you have learned about this material in the lectures—take advantage of shared material and notice what your professor thinks is important enough to focus on.
  • Regularly build review of your reading notes into your weekly study schedule. As you go, it’s a good time to create/refine your highlighting, cues, 3×5’s, etc.
    • Can you answer the questions at the end of the chapter, or ones you’ve written?
    • Do you feel you can now create your own introduction or summary section?
